Enjoy Shinshu Gourmet! The main course includes Shinshu mushroom hotpot, as well as a platter of Shinshu salmon and fresh fish, Shinshu specialties such as sanzokuyaki (grilled sanzoku), and rolled Nozawana egg omelet. Enjoy Shinshu gourmet to your heart's content. The soba noodles at the end of the meal are also very popular. They pair perfectly with alcoholic beverages. This course will leave you feeling satisfied! [Fridays, Saturdays, days before holidays, busy days, and from December 26th to January 4th are subject to an additional ¥500 charge and a two-hour limit.]
